Temperature Monitoring

Requirements

  • Temperature acquisition of air, gases and liquids
  • Permanent access to measuring data, despite limited access to measuring points
  • Centralized storage and display of data on a web interface
  • Wireless transfer of the data to a central server
  • Alarm emission in the event of critical values
  • Easy creation of reports and statistics from historical data

Functional description

Temperature monitoring is realized by means of Microtronics's wireless end-to-end solution. The data logger MyDatalogEASYplus records the temperature at regular intervals. If the value exceeds or is below a temperature limit, the maintenance personnel are notified immediately by e-mail, SMS or voice call. Microtronics's Managed Service includes, among other things, data transfer to the myDatanet server. The temperature measurements are stored on a central web server and are analysed in reports and statistics. The acquired data and reports are easily integrated into your business processes via interfaces.

Key functions

  • Proof of an uninterrupted cold chain and maintenance of a defined temperature range
  • Compliance with the temperature recording duty
  • Creation of automatic reports and forwarding by e-mail or viewing directly on the web server for different user levels
  • Immediate alarm annunciation, if a value exceeds or is below a threshold
  • Visualisation of data and statistics
  • 2-stage alarm emission (warning, alarm) by e-mail, SMS or voice call
  • Permanent overview of numerous measuring points via a central web server
  • Analysis of temperature profiles
  • Alarm chains for notification of the maintenance personnel

Fields of application

  • Frost annunciation for uninhabited buildings and holiday cottages
  • Ice annunciation on roads and bridges
  • Monitoring of blood supplies
  • Temperature monitoring for logistics processes in the food industry
  • Temperature monitoring on machines
  • Temperature control in cold stores, data centres and server rooms
